In order to recharge your service number, you need to provide the following information. ✔️The customer needs to provide a serial number of recharge card, ✔️The customer needs to provide visible recharge pin from damage card, ✔️The customer needs to provide a mobile number to be recharged. *The damage recharge card must have at least six visible pin numbers among 16-digit pin number of recharge card. ✔️Customers must provide the visible pin with an exact position in the following format. E.g. Correct pin format = 12345 67890123456 Damage pin format = 1XX45XXXX01XXX56 ✔️i.e. customer needs to provide the exact pin number with exact position and use 'X' for a respective damage pin number. ✔️The retry will be allowed only Five (5) times after that customer needs to visit Nepal Telecom's CSR counter. ✔️The recharge card serial number is 16 digits long * The recharge card pin code is 16 digits long and were not visible put "*" mark as demonstrated in the example
If you make a mistake while recharging in this way, you can try up to 5 times at most. Attempts to recharge incorrectly more than this will not be successful from the website and the company has stated that you have to go to the company's counter to exchange the recharge card.
"If you don't see at least 6 points, you have to go to the counter to exchange or recharge." This provision has been removed after the company had to go to the counter to exchange all types of cards.
